Coaching LIFE Groups
On October 28-30, 2008, about 34 life coaches and spouses met for the 2nd annual Relational Coaching Network (RCN) retreat at a beach house on the ocean in Virginia Beach. About half the people returned from the previous year and half were new.
The theme of the RCN, co-founded by master coach trainer Tony Stoltzfus, is “Building a Spiritual Foundation for the Christian Coaching Movement.”
On October 29, Tony and three peers from his coaching group led a skill session titled “What’s A Cell?” Below are the videos from that single session broken down into sequential segments less than 10 minutes, which is the maximum time allowed by YouTube. Enjoy! And help spread the word. Thanks.
Incidentally, the RCN is strongly encouraging all of its members to establish peer coaching groups (with at least 3 people) that meet at least monthly.
